Magnolia Star VIP Service – 6 Months

MagnoliaStar provides a 6-month VIP Service designed to offer confidence, care, and a premium ownership experience. This service applies strictly within the conditions listed on this page and in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1) What the VIP Service Covers

Within six months from the purchase date, MagnoliaStar will review and service the following components if a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
  • Metal hardware (locks, chains, rings, buckles)
  • Zippers
  • Main stitching
  • Inner lining (in case of a structural manufacturing issue)
Service actions may include repair, part replacement, product replacement, or store credit, depending on the case. All decisions are at the discretion of MagnoliaStar after technical assessment.

2) What Is Not Covered

Due to the natural characteristics of PU / PVC materials, and to ensure compliance with UAE consumer regulations, the following are not covered:
  • 1. Peeling, cracking, or changes in the outer PU / PVC surface
  • 2. Color transfer caused by contact with dark or dyed clothing (including denim)
  • 3. Damage caused by heat, sunlight, humidity, or improper storage
  • 4. Contact with chemicals, perfumes, sprays, cosmetics, alcohol, or cleaning agents
  • 5. Scratches, scuffs, or normal wear and tear from daily use
  • 6. Tears, deformation, or damage caused by overloading the bag
  • 7. Any repairs or adjustments performed by non-authorized centers
  • 8. Minor variations in color or texture within acceptable production tolerance
These exclusions align with global standards for PU / PVC fashion accessories.

3) How to Request VIP Service

To request the VIP Service review:
  • 1. Contact MagnoliaStar Support within 7 days of noticing the issue
  • 2. Provide clear photos, full description of the problem, and purchase receipt number
  • 3. Receive an initial review and confirmation (accepted or not accepted for VIP Service)
  • 4. Send the product to the designated service center for final evaluation
  • 5. Receive the final decision and the applicable service action
Initial delivery/shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise by MagnoliaStar in writing.

4) Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of MagnoliaStar, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product. MagnoliaStar will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by UAE law.

5) Important Condition

Following the “Care Guide for PU / PVC Bags” is an essential requirement for any VIP Service eligibility. Misuse or incorrect care voids the service.
